Breakfast in Toyoko Inn Kyoto Gojo-karasuma

It's a nice hotel in a perfect location. Very close to the Karsuma Station, even walkable from the Kyoto station. Easy check-in and check-out. The hotel staff were nice and courteous. Ample Breakfast menu.

Lobby or reception in Toyoko Inn Kyoto Gojo-karasuma

The room has everything needed, including a big and very comfortable bed, a tv with satellite channels, an air conditioner with a heating option, a fridge, a hair dryer, slippers, cattle, a bathroom with hot water and a hand/wall shower and much more. Breakfast was included with several options and a coffee/tea. Compared to other Kyoto hotels, I couldn't find at that time another place that offered a better price for what was offered

The location is near Gojo, Shijo Stns. Kyoto Stn is just less than 20 mins walk away. There is a konbini next door and a lot more around the area, also restos and affordable chains like Yoshinoya and Matsuya.The Jpanese breakfast is good, lots of choices. The staff are very nice as well. They keep your luggage for free after check out. This was actually my 3rd time staying at this chain of hotel, I just love it everytime.

Great location and good price. Perfect for a solo traveler, it’s basic, but that was exactly what I needed. The breakfast was also great!

The breakfast buffet was great! Location is also pretty good if you want to get around on foot or using the bus/subway. You're also near the Karasuma shopping area.

Comfortable for short stay. The room is well equipped. The staffs were super friendly. A km away from major sites, but easy to access using public transport.
